Healthfit Exercise Clinic, established in 2007 has new aerobic and resistance equipment including treadmills, elliptical cross trainer, rowing machine, upright cycle ergometers, a recumbent cycle ergometer, multi-functional cable machines, free weights, medicine balls, swiss balls, balance pads, and more.

Healthfit is located at 8 Croobyar Road, Milton, opposite the Shoalhaven Anglican School. Turn west off the highway at the traffic lights and travel 75 metres. Turn right into the driveway for parking onsite and Healthfit is the back building.
