Gregg orphinGregg Orphin, ESSAM AEP AES is passionate about improving and maintaining health including his own with fitness, sensible nutrition and correct movement patterns. He loves a mix of surfing, mountain bike riding, running and bushwalking and is known to play a few tunes on his guitars. Gregg is a very experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist and movement specialist. Gregg provides a diverse range of exercise physiology treatment and services from the rehabilitation of athletes and injured workers, worksite wellness programs to increasing the quality of life for sufferers of chronic and complex conditions. His long career has had many highlights including working with world champion athletes and professional surfers, coaching the NSW surfing team to 4 of 4 Australian Title victories and chairing ESSA National Rural & Remote Committee.

Jude Orphin, RN and Administration Manager is a keen gardener and enjoys plenty of outdoor adventures including kayaking, cycling, bushwalking. She sings in the local Mudsingers choir and loves to sew when time permits. Jude has been a community nurse for over 30 years and has a passion for health promotion and encouraging physical activity for her clients. She also works in palliative care in the home.

patti bartlettPatti Bartlett, Associate Degree in Social Science (Aged Care), RFL is an avid stand-up paddleboarder and loves surfing with her family especially at exotic locations around the world. Her energy is infectious and all who experience her personal training sessions happily take on whatever she encourages them to do. Patti is particularly interested and well-versed in falls prevention, exercise for the elderly and passionate about improving the quality of life as we age.

Clair Stevens, APD
Clair is passionate in providing the Shoalhaven community with a quality dietetic service. After seeing a need for a quality dietetics service whilst living in the Shoalhaven for the past 10 years, Clair established White Sands Dietetics. Clair currently conducts individual dietetic consultations at Nowra Allied Health Centre and at Healthfit Milton and provides the option of a home visit service for eligible DVA clients. Clair also works at Nowra Private Hospital. Clair has a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances and maternal and child health. Clair enjoys helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes and offers practical, realistic personalised advice. Clair works at Healthfit on Wednesdays. Sharon mawson
Sharon Mawson, RFL loves the beach and outdoors, particularly surfing on her bodyboard at the island and walking/running with her dog and really loves helping our clients to get as fit as they can. She is a great role model and comes in to the gym even on her days off to keep her own fitness level at optimum. Sharon passes on her enthusiasm in the nicest way to spur our exercise centre users to improve their wellbeing. She likes keeping people motivated by adding interesting and effective variety of movements into their exercise programs.

Healthfit as an exercise physiology practice was established in 1987 by Gregg Orphin. The core mission is to educate and motivate people to achieve and maintain a higher level of function and wellbeing.
