Exercise Correctly to Avoid Injury and Pain
Incorrect exercise technique and amount or volume can result in injury, pain and therefore avoidance of further activity. For this reason it is wise to consult the most qualified and experienced exercise professionals. At Healthfit you have access to such people, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who can also rehabilitate chronic and complex conditions, a Registered Nurse, Accredited Practising Dietician (APD), Registered Fitness Leaders specialising in aged care. When your program is developed it is carried out with professional sensitivity to such problems as the medical concerns and obstacles that get in the way of doing regular physical activity or indeed, getting on with the things you love doing. With professional guidance, you gain positive control over your physical health. We believe that long term success in your goals depends on being able to develop a motivated attitude by using correct information and organisational skills.
